Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed by the bedroomstyle.co.uk.  All orders made are subject to the acceptance of these conditions, and deemed to be accepted by you when placing your order.  These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous editions.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will not pass your e-mail address or contact details to any third parties unless they are required to properly fulfil your order.

If you consent, we will notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties only where it is necessary to do so e.g. delivery company, who process your order. We require all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place. We will not release your Personal Information to any company outside of bedroomstyle.co.uk for mailing or marketing purposes.

When you place an order with bedroomstyle.co.uk, once we have checked the payment and delivery details we will ensure that you order is processed immediately.

THE ORDER PROCCESS

1. Once received your order is sent for processing.
2. You will receive a sales order acknowledgement
3. You will then be contacted within 48 working hours to arrange delivery.
4. You order will arrive on the pre arranged date.
5. You will receive the delivery docket detailing the product & prices
6. Our drivers cannot complete the delivery unless there is someone present to sign for the product and confirm that the item is acceptable.

CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an e mail of confirmation including

• Contact Details
• Total Price
• An order/reference number
• Instructions on how to contact us

Your order confirmation will act as a receipt, we will be pleased to provide any additional documentation you may require.

PAYMENT

All orders are payable in full before delivery by cleared funds.

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards VISA, Mastercard, Laser.

You confirm that the credit or debit that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

If due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is wrong we have the right to terminate an order providing the goods have not been dispatched.  We will try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but should an error occur, we would inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order.

All prices listed include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the UK standard rate of 17.5%. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be increased or decreased including any alterations to VAT. The correct price you will pay will be on your printed order confirmation. E&OE.

Any special offers will be priced accordingly showing the specific period this item is on special offer for.

Your order for goods is subject to stock availability.  If we do not supply goods to you for any reason we will inform you of the situation and will not charge you for these goods, and will refund any money already paid by you for these goods.  We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled orders.

Payments made using a credit card are authorised using a secure credit card facility. Security Site
Due to currency fluctations between Sterling & Euro some very slight price variations may appear on your final credit card statement. This is outside the control of bedroomstyle.co.uk and will be kept to an absolute minimum.

DELIVERIES

We aim to deliver all goods within 15 working days from receipt of order but please allow up to 28 days in case of any delay . Some ranges may be out of stock and if this occurs you will be contacted within 48 working hours. If for any reason the 15 working day deadline cannot be met you will be kept informed and offered a choice of either continuing with the extended delivery time or cancellation with a full refund. During holiday periods i.e. Christmas, Easter & annual shutdown deliveries may take longer.

We cannot deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

We currently only deliver within mainland UK and Northern Ireland (we do not deliver to the islands). Certain outlying areas may incur higher delivery charges.

Furniture will only be delivered inside the front door of the dwelling. Drivers are not insured to carry furniture further than this point.

By accepting this delivery service you are accepting our delivery personnel or a respective of the bedroomstyle.co.uk into your home, we ask that you remove any breakables or anything that can be damaged to somewhere safe. We cannot be held responsible for any breakables that are not removed to safety.

In the event of a failed delivery i.e. you were not in when we attempted delivery, please contact us again to re-arrange delivery for another mutually convenient day, although we reserve the right to recoup transportation costs for the return trip.

Please ensure that the product you choose will fit the area you intend to put it, we will not be responsible for deliveries that cannot fit. Please ensure that we will have adequate access to your home so that a large delivery truck can drop off your delivery.

Assembly is not provided on any items that require assembly.

Returns cannot be accepted if the wrong colour, size or model was chosen in error.

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

If an item is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us by phone or e-mail and you can choose to either receive a replacement item or to receive a refund.  You have 3 working days from receipts of goods to report damage or we will deem damage to be caused after delivery.

Products that have been assembled or part assembled are not accepted for return unless faulty.

You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in your possession, and original wrappings must be retained and used for collection.

The collection of damaged goods will be completed by the bedroomstyle.co.uk, who will liase with you to arrange a mutually convenient day for collection. Once we have received confirmation from delivery personnel that the goods have been collected and returned in good condition to our warehouse, we will issue the relevant refund.

In situations where a refund for goods not yet dispatched is requested we will refund your payment straight away.

Wooden furniture is manufactured from a natural product for which reason it can vary in structure, colour & graining. Colour, finish & dimensions shown on this site are intended as a guide only. The company has a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to change any product and specification on this site.
